Boat Quilt

Almost done...even though I have been commissioned to make this quilt, I am glad it is for somebody that will pretty much always be a part of my life. It is hard to hand it off, a little bit of me is in there somewhere. I giggle at the life this blankie will live. It will be a great, huge fort for brothers to imagine adventures under. It will keep him warm as he prays his nighttime talks with God. It will be there when mom and dad encourage and instruct him. Many books to be read and dreams to be dreamed under this quilt. A worthy cause, I say!
