Thankfulness

On Thanksgiving, we go around the table taking turns reading Bible verses. Here are a few that were the most encouraging and a bit convicting:

Philippians 4:6
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Oh, to be a woman of prayer rather than worrisome .

Chronicles 29:11-13
"Wealth and honor come from you; You are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all. Now, our God, we give you thanks and praise your glorious name."  Our businesses and careers are in God's care and grow as He so desires.
