You know - I haven't baked anything...Hooray!!! You know - I haven't baked anything from Amy's Bread in years. It is a lengthy process, for sure! <br />One time, years ago, I had bread going that ended up needing a middle of the night baking. I put it in at probably 2 in the morning, then accidently fell asleep on the couch. Whoops! When my parents woke up to find a black rock of a loaf of bread in the oven they weren't too glad. <br />By the way, I am an incurable face maker as well.
